'''Hip to the Javabean''' is the third [[Lemon Demon]] album. It was originally released on March 23rd, 2004, as homemade, burned-on-demand CD-Rs sold through the old Lemon Demon website<ref>https://trapezzoid.livejournal.com/18552.html</ref>. Included on the disc as bonuses were a ReadMe file, 8 bonus tracks (a first for a [[Lemon Demon]] album), and the entirety of [[Clown Circus]] and [[Live from the Haunted Candle Shop]].<ref>https://mumbergo.net/files/Audio/CD%20Rips/CD%20Bonus%20Content/%5b2004%5d%20Hip%20To%20The%20Javabean/</ref> Earlier copies of this homemade run feature a different disc label design than later copies.<ref name=":0">https://www.discogs.com/master/1455120-Lemon-Demon-Hip-To-The-Javabean</ref>

In 2006, the album received a CD repress with replicated discs manufactured by now-defunct company Americ Disc Inc. This version maintains the same bonus content as the original run.<ref name=":0" />
