Damn Skippy is Lemon Demon’s fourth album. It was originally released on March 21st, 2005, as homemade, burned-on-demand CD-Rs sold through the old Lemon Demon website, in the same manner Hip to the Javabean was the year prior. Eight bonus tracks, an audio commentary track, and an HTML file were included as bonuses on the disc. This content is maintained in all CD represses of the album.

In 2006, the album received a CD repress with glass replicated discs manufactured by now-defunct company Americ Disc Inc.

In April 2009, Neil offered this album for free download on Lemondemon.com, alongside Clown Circus, Live from the Haunted Candle Shop, and Hip to the Javabean.

On January 21st, 2023, Needlejuice Records reissued the album, alongside Hip to the Javabean on Bandcamp in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Lemon Demon. This version of the album was remastered by Angel Marcloidand added ten previously unreleased tracks, six remastered instrumentals, one remastered vocal track and a hidden track to the bonus track list. The album's original audio commentary track was also remastered for this release by Alex Argo. Pre-orders for physical represses of the album on vinyl, CD, and cassette went up in February, with the CDs and cassettes shipping in June, and vinyls expected to ship in September.

Eleven o’Clockish was thought to be an old unreleased song. According to Alora Lanzillotta, it had been played at some live performances. Neil later revealed it to have been a hoax to see how people would react.

The hoax began when Alora posted a list of songs that Lemon Demon had played live, in response to a request for one. After “Eleven o’Clockish” was noticed in it, people began speculating about it, and Alora explained that she had just copied the list from a text file. The story was that it was a bad song that they had played during some early live performances, and that she had forgotten to remove it from the list before posting it.

As expected, there was a strong reaction, and several people began searching for copies. Original WikiLemon user Natalia was in on the hoax and playing along, claiming to have heard an MP3, which increased many people’s curiosity. Ultimately, though, it did not attract as much attention as Insult to Aaron or A Schizophrenic Twist did, possibly because fewer details (e.g. lyrics or excerpts) were known about it.

Somewhere in late 2006, Illemonatus Anya pulled a prank on the Lemon Demon forum and MSN in conjunction with SpecialKRJ and Alora involving the song. In a particularly large MSN conversation, she noted she sent the “song” to Kirsten, who then uploaded it to her site. It consisted of a small intro by Anya, followed by white noise, with an endnote by Anya telling everyone they got fooled. Alora later posted it on the forum.

Trivia
* Nuclear Bubble Wrap, a band formed in Nashville, TN, created a song of the same name, which was inspired by the hoax. An MP3 of the song was once available on the original WikiLemon, and is now available on YouTube.

Dinosaurchestra is Lemon Demon’s fifth album. It is the first to include a text commentary, a secret track, and a booklet. It is also the longest Lemon Demon album to date with almost two hours of music.

Dinosaurchestra is particularly notable for the fact that many of its songs were already in the possession of fans before its release. This is because seven of the main tracks and ten of the bonus tracks were already up for download before the album was released, and six main tracks and one bonus track were later leaked, leaving only six main tracks and five bonus tracks, as well as the hidden track. The tracks already in possession of fans comprises exactly two thirds of the music on the album.
Dinogate
Dinogate was the period after the release of The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, but before the release of Dinosaurchestra. (Between December 2005 and July 2006.) During this time, the relatively immense popularity of Showdown created many new Illemonati, who congregated at the then-newly-formed Lemon Demon forum.

During Dinogate, many unreleased Dinosaurchestra tracks were leaked via secret URLs on EvilTrailMix. Neil put them online to share amongst friends, but took them down and forbade their redistribution once their existence was noted on the forum.

The name of this period was coined by forum member Dave12D3 after the period had passed.

The album's original audio commentary track was also remastered for this release by Brady Argo. Pre-orders for physical represses of the album on vinyl, CD, and cassette went up in February, with the CDs and cassettes shipping in June, and vinyls expected to ship in September.

Needlejuice Records is the current record label for Lemon Demon, re-releasing his albums in physical format. It was founded by Jace McLain (of Nuclear Bubble Wrap), Brandon Brown and Austin Aeschliman (of Smashy Claw). They describe themselves as "an independent record label specializing in alternative, experimental, and 'internet' music."

Lemon Demon's biography on his Needlejuice store page:<blockquote>Lemon Demon is the moniker for original music by web icon Neil Cicierega. As a teen at the dawn of the internet age, he was making a name for himself with innovative, diverse projects when the world was figuring out what to do with the new technology. His prolific work has spawned numerous viral touchstones, including Animutations, Potter Puppet Pals, and the acclaimed mashup albums Mouth Sounds, Mouth Silence, and Mouth Moods.

Among these many projects, Lemon Demon has been Cicierega’s most consistent outlet. From lo-fi beginnings in 2003, the band scored hits with 2006’s “The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny” and 2010’s “BRODYQUEST.” Cicierega spent 8 years crafting Spirit Phone, his seventh full-length album.</blockquote>
– Anthony Fantano, The Needle Drop

Spirit Phone is a collection of 14 deviously catchy pop songs that lightheartedly explore such macabre topics as haunted mansions, confectionery cannibalism, Lovecraftian romance and 1980s economics. Bringing to mind the playfully ghoulish work of new wave acts like Oingo Boingo, the album presents its dark themes with mischievous relish. Anthony Fantano of The Needle Drop included it in his Best of 2016 list with an 8/10 rating, praising its clever lyrics, high energy, and catchy songwriting.

Available now, Spirit Phone has been remastered by experimental sound guru Angel Hair Audio with new original art by Ming Doyle. Along with the 14 tracks that comprise the album proper, side 4 includes 6 bonus tracks. Download card contains full album, all 13 bonus tracks from the original release, and exclusive album commentary by Neil.</blockquote>
</gallery><blockquote>It’s July 18th, 2008. Life is simple. You’ve just watched The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny for the millionth time. You’ve been waiting years to hear the follow-up to Dinosaurchestra. When that album came out, you were a meme-lord in junior high. Now you have a year left before it’s time to go to college and become an adult, an event you try not to think about as you play rounds of Team Fortress 2 in your room. The download of View-Monster is almost done. You smile as you press play, ready to move on from the same stale animutations and flash videos. You don’t know it yet, but the next time you hear a new Lemon Demon album, you will be on your own, saddled with debt and the burden of great expectation in a world that is quickly falling apart. For now, life is good.</blockquote>
</gallery><blockquote>“Old Godzilla was hopping around Tokyo City like a big playground…” How many times have you and your friends watched that goofy little flash video since it came out in December? A few people on the internet have started calling it a “meme,” a science-y sounding term for an idea that infects the brain like a virus. It’s spread all over your junior high school like the world’s biggest inside joke, confounding your parents and teachers. But while the world is obsessed with ”The Ultimate Showdown,” you know that Lemon Demon- actually 20-year-old internet creator Neil Cicerega- is so much more than a soundtracker of funny animations. Curled up in your childhood bed, you let the sweet, mellow psychedelia of his latest album Dinosaurchestra wash over you. Neil’s music and lyrics are sensitive and introspective, and it’s hard to not see yourself in characters like the self-defeating musician “Indie Cindy” or the passionate protagonist of “This Hyper World.” Or maybe you’re one of the members of the titular dinosaurchestra, joyously rocking away as disaster looms in the sky. It feels like Neil really gets you, like the wise and funny older brother you wish you had. Needlejuice Records is proud to reissue Dinosaurchestra in its first physical release since 2006. Newly remastered by Angel Marcloid (Fire-Toolz), Dinosaurchestra is presented as a deluxe colored 2LP set featuring bonus tracks and a poster, a two-CD set with an entire disc of bonus material, and cassette. This release will delight Lemon Demon fans new and old, preserving this special period of Neil’s career for all to enjoy.</blockquote>
The summer affords us all the opportunity to frolic in the splendor of nature. The beautiful sun, the chirping birds, and Neil Cicierega’s 2014 EP Nature Tapes. Containing such classics as BRODYQUEST, Two Trucks, Jaws, and Goosebumps*, this set of 8 catchy electro-pop songs showcases Neil’s signature blend of deft humor set to a memorable melody. *Goosebumps is being retroactively added to the official track listing because Neil forgot about it in 2014.</blockquote>
This time around we’re offering Neil’s 2012 Christmas EP I Am Become Christmas.
Trivia
*A number of Illemonati at one point petitioned the album to be named “Mumbergo”. <!-- 8^y -->
*Much of the information about this album, including its title and track listing, were kept secret until its release. This was likely due to multiple songs on Dinosaurchestra being leaked prior to the album's release.
*The version of the album on streaming services does not include transition tracks.
*On the Lemon Demon Bandcamp page, the transition tracks are attached either to the end of the previous tracks, or occasionally the beginning of the following track.
*On the Needlejuice Records CD of the album, Super Hey Ya is unlisted and hidden in the pre-gap of disc 2 (meaning to hear it requires rewinding before track 1). Due to size limitations on the disc, the first few seconds of the song are cut off (This is not an issue for any other format). It is also unlisted (along with <i>creepy</i>) on the Needlejuice Bandcamp download.
**On the initial CD run of View-Monster done by Needlejuice in 2020, Treasure Map is followed by 30 tracks of silence, each 4 seconds in length, then a single track of the "laugh" from [[Untitled (spooky sounds vol 6)|Untitled [spooky sounds vol 6]]]. The rest of the CD, tracks 49 to 98, consist of <i>creepy</i>, split into 4 second chunks. After negative feedback, <i>creepy</i> was condensed back into a single track on subsequent pressings.
*On the 8-track release of the album, Spring Heeled Jack and Untitled [alternate history] were moved to play before The Ocean to fit the 8-track format. However, the label with the tracklist was not adjusted to reflect this.
